You may request a full refund of the $5 USD lifetime-access purchase within 30 days of the order date, for any reason. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Our orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all refunds on our behalf.

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure link to manage your order.
  2. Open the order for SOS NeuroGround and choose Request a refund.
  3. Alternatively, email us at support@neuroground.app with your order email and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle for you.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a Refund

When a refund is processed, premium features are deactivated on your account. You can keep using the free tier and re-purchase at any time.

Outside the 30-Day Window

Refund requests received after the 30-day window are reviewed case by case at our discretion. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected by this policy.
